Sarah Chen, MS, RDN, CNS

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Certified Nutrition Specialist

Sarah Chen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) with over 15 years of clinical experience in women's health and nutrition. After earning her Master of Science in Nutrition from Tufts University, Sarah spent a decade working in integrative medicine clinics, where she developed specialized expertise in hormonal health, menopause management, and evidence-based supplementation. Her approach combines rigorous scientific research with practical, personalized guidance that meets women where they are in their health journeys.

Sarah founded VitaForHer after recognizing a gap between the overwhelming supplement market and the clear, research-backed information women actually need. She believes that every woman deserves access to the same quality of nutritional guidance she provides her private clients — without the confusion, hype, or unnecessary expense. When she's not reviewing the latest clinical research or updating VitaForHer's recommendation algorithms, Sarah enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and experimenting with new plant-forward recipes in her kitchen.

"My mission is simple: help women cut through the noise and make confident, informed decisions about their health. Supplements can be a powerful tool — but only when they're the right ones for your unique needs, backed by real science, and used as part of a holistic approach to wellness." — Sarah Chen, MS, RDN, CNS
